Products & Services
All KELM pieces are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of natural materials, slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be exact.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to:

Pricing

Shipping
Production times are listed on individual product pages. As each piece is handmade, processing times may vary.
Once an order has shipped, KELM is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery concerns.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at leilani@kelmstudio.com.
Workshops & Events
Workshop tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers or credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the event.
KELM reserves the right to:

Adjust formats, instructors, or locations
In the event of a cancellation by KELM, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.
