Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions—we’re always happy to help guide your selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at leilani@kelmstudio.com.

We understand jewelry is meant to be worn and lived in.
If your piece needs repair, please email us and we’ll do our best to restore it.

Complimentary repairs may be offered within 30 days of purchase for issues related to craftsmanship

Natural Materials
Many KELM pieces feature natural gemstones and pearls. Variations in color, shape, and texture are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects.
Care
To extend the life of your piece:
